There is no registration, no password and no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies. A resumable link is your only key to your session. If you want to step away, we can email that link to an address you give us, and that address is then the only thing we keep. Hosting analytics are aggregate and cookie-less.
The AI in this assessment runs on Google Vertex AI in the EU under the Google Cloud data processing agreement. Your answers are never used to train any model. Report emails are sent through Mailgun's EU infrastructure. Our database runs in the EU.
Individual sessions are erased 72 hours after your last activity, or immediately if you press delete. Team assessments are erased when the team window closes, at most 14 days after it opens. Report PDFs live in your inbox, not on our servers. What survives: the email addresses you volunteer, job titles, your team's pseudonym and dates. No answers, no scores, no free text.
The assessment never asks your name or your firm's name. Real teams are assigned a pseudonym, Firm Miranda, Firm Ariel and so on, and every report is written to the pseudonym.
Scores are computed from your answers, never self-assigned. The reports are written to be useful rather than flattering. That is the product.
